The fee covers three months of online consultation with one of our homeopathic practitioners.
The consultation includes:

- Names, potencies, and instructions for any recommended homeopathic medicines.
- Follow-up communication about changes in your symptoms during the paid period.
Consultations take place through email or chat, as arranged.

This option gives you a 5% discount compared with paying for three separate one-month consultations. The full three-month fee is paid upfront.
The package covers a three-month consultation period. It does not guarantee recovery within three months or mean that every patient needs three months of care.

Consultation Period and Renewal
Your three-month consultation period begins on the date of payment. Please submit your complete case details promptly so you can make full use of this period.
Renewal requires a separate manual payment. We do not charge you automatically.
Follow-Up and Further Consultations
During your paid period, keep us informed about changes in your symptoms, new medical reports, and any changes to your prescribed treatment.
At the end of the three months, contact us to discuss whether further consultation is appropriate. Further consultations require an additional fee. Please confirm the cost before renewing.
Cancellation and Refunds
This is an online consultation service, so physical product returns do not apply.
You may cancel and receive a full refund after payment, provided we have not yet contacted you to begin the consultation and collect further symptoms.
Sending your initial case details through our online form does not affect your eligibility for a refund.
Once we contact you and begin collecting further symptoms, the consultation service has started, and the fee is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To request cancellation, please contact us with your order number and the email address used for payment.
